Complaints Process
At SPW Tree Surgeons we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality service to all our customers. If you are dissatisfied with any of our services, please make us aware without delay so we can ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Tree Surgery
All our staff are professional, fully qualified and first aid trained. We work safely conducting risk assessments before each job to ensure the safety of the public, staff and property.
If you witness any unsatisfactory behaviour, please report it to us without delay.

Log Sales
If you feel the quality of our product, or service you have received is unacceptable, please let us know by providing as much detail as possible, with evidence if relevant.
The complaint must be made within 6 months of the incident/from the time that the matter came to the notice of the complainant.

Once we receive your complaint, we will acknowledge receipt within 7-days. We will then investigate and contact you in the hope to discuss/resolve your complaint, within 14 days.
Following discussion of your complaint, we will then write to you confirming a final position.
In the unlikely event of a complaint arising and not being resolved to your satisfaction, please refer your complaint to the Citizens Advice Bureau who can assist with any escalation:
